PROGRAM INFORMATION: TV’s and Musical Keyboard’s are approved for Incarcerated Individuals housed in Annex units M and O only.
 
ORDERING PERIOD: Orders will be accepted February 1, 2023 through July 31, 2023. They can be placed by Incarcerated Individuals or Family & Friends. All mail orders must be received by January 31, 2023, in order to be processed.
 
INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS: Orders may be placed directly with Union Supply Direct where institutional policy allows. Incarcerated Individuals may place orders for themselves ONLY if they are housed in Annex units M and O. Union Supply Direct order forms are located in the shift office of your institution. Please complete and submit to your PMOD clerk for processing. They will verify your payment and deduct from your trust fund. The PMOD clerk will then mail the order form to Union Supply Direct for processing. Package privileges are subject to change without notice.
 
FAMILY & FRIENDS: Family & Friends can place orders online, by phone, by fax or mail. No orders will be processed once the ordering period has ended.
 
PRODUCT: We do our best to have all items in stock and available for purchase. In the event that your requested items are unavailable we will issue a refund to the sender.
 
PAYMENT METHOD: Union Supply Direct accepts the following forms of payment: credit card, debit card, prepaid card, facility check, personal check (must have billing info imprinted), cashier’s check, money order (must be domestic, printed in the U.S.) and ACE Cash payments. Make Checks/Money Orders payable to Union Supply Direct. We accept all major credit and debit cards with the following logos: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Union Supply Direct. If the original payment was made by credit or debit card, approved refunds will be credited back to the card used in the original purchase, including prepaid credit and debit cards.

SHIPPING: All shipped orders will be charged $7.95 (non-refundable). Orders cancelled due to ineligibility will not be charged.

CLEAR TUNES TELEVISION WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURES: Union Supply Direct offers 180 day limited warranty service on all Clear Tunes televisions. SEE THE LIMITED WARRANTY ENCLOSED WITH YOUR PRODUCT FOR THE FULL TERMS OF YOUR WARRANTY. To return a defective Clear Tunes television within the 180 day warranty period, contact Union Supply Direct Customer Service Department for a prepaid UPS call tag by phone at 866-404-8989 or by mail to PO Box 619059, Dallas, TX 75261-9059. The return package must include: (1) the defective television; (2) a copy of the original receipt, (3) all of the accessories that came with the product, and (4) your full name, Incarcerated Individual number, facility name and physical address (no PO Boxes are accepted).
 
Out of Warranty Service (where applicable, 181–365 days from original date of purchase): To return a defective Clear Tunes television within the out of warranty period, send the unit to Clear Inventions, Inc., 2320 E. 49th Street, Vernon, CA 90058. The return package must include (1), (2), (3) and (4) above and a check payable to Union Supply Group, Inc., in the amount of $50.00 for return shipping.
 
If returned merchandise is found by Union Supply Direct or Clear Tunes, in their sole discretion, to not be defective or you do not meet all applicable requirements above, then your returned product will not be processed and the product may be returned to you. There is no repair or replacement service available after 365 days from the date of original purchase. SEE THE LIMITED WARRANTY ENCLOSED IN YOUR PRODUCT PACKAGING FOR THE FULL TERMS OF THE WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO YOUR CLEAR TUNES TELEVISION.
KEYBOARD Warranty Information
 
Musical keyboards are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties as stated on or inside the products you have purchased. Please refer to these details in regards to your purchase and send your product directly to the manufacturer for warranty service.
 
PHONE ORDERS: Tell the Union Supply customer representative that you would like to make an ACE Cash Express payment. The representative will provide you with the information you need to make your ACE cash payment and the location closest to you. The online store locator is also located at http://www.acecashexpress.com/locations.
 
WEB ORDERS: Select payment option “Cash Payment at ACE Cash Express” when you check out. Click the “Store Locator” link to find the ACE Cash Express location closest to you. Print your order summary page to bring with you when you make your payment.
 
Go to the ACE Cash Express store and inform the store clerk that you are making a Union Supply payment, and provide the Order Reference (Sales Order) Number, Exact Dollar Amount of the Order, Incarcerated Individual ID Number and Incarcerated Individual’s Last Name. Make a payment exactly the dollar amount due for the order, plus a $3.00 ACE Cash Express service fee per payment.
 
Allow 2 business days for your payment to be applied, and retain the receipt from ACE Cash Express for record of your transaction. Your order will be cancelled if full payment is not received within 10 days of placing the order. All refunds will be processed by Union Supply and mailed to the customer’s address on file for the order. RETURN POLICY: Used, abused or damaged items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please check all of your items upon receipt. If any of these items are found to be defective or damaged in shipping, please notify your Property Officer to arrange a return or exchange. All products must come back to us directly from the facility. For security purposes, we cannot accept any product that has left the facility. You must return these goods within 30 days. All original boxes and packing material are required on any returned goods. These goods will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. All merchandise that was ordered in error, for any reason, can be exchanged for $5.95. All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. Union Supply Direct is not responsible for refused items. Please ensure that the items you order are approved at your facility.
